Shipping Terms:
- We charge a low flat rate fee of $6.00 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase.
- Fedex and UPS shipping is available for an extra charge. (please contact us)
- Tracking is included with all orders.
- Insurance is included on all orders by our private insurance carrier.
- We can only ship to addresses in the United States, and unfortunately we cannot ship to a third party address or "drop ship" to another address due to security reasons.
- Please allow ample time for your items to arrive. We have no control over post office delivery times. The post office does not always update tracking information, and we cannot see anything other than what the buyer sees. Please contact your local post office for help with tracking your order.
- All shipping is done through PayPal shipping. Therefore, please make sure that your address information is correct and up to date, as we will not edit any buyers shipping information in Paypal. This will also reduce the risk of delays and undelivered mail.
Refunds:
- All items have a 14 day return privilege on all items, except bullion items (due to market volatility) and third party grading service coins (PCGS,NGC, ANACS)
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days after the buyer receives the item, in order to qualify for a return.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
- Please contact us if you require a return or refund. Failure to notify us may result in your refund being delayed, as we do not check our mailbox daily.
- Refunds will be made using the same form of payment that was originally used for the transaction.
- Refunds may take up 7 to 10 business days to process.
- Items MUST be returned on the original holder(s) that they were received in. Items removed from their original holders are not returnable.
Claims Process:
- Should your items become lost, stolen, or not received, please notify us IMMEDIATELY before filing a claim with PayPal or Stripe.
- All items that are shown delivered according to USPS tracking cannot be claimed and no payment will be refunded. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct in PayPal to avoid any delay or issues.
- DO NOT file a claim with PayPal until you have notified us first. If you file an immediate claim with PayPal, your refund or reimbursement will be delayed by up to one week. without exception.
